About

Beth obtained her B.S. in mathematics from the University of Central Oklahoma and M.S. in mathematics from the University of Oklahoma. She has taught a variety of math courses at OU, UCO, and OCCC since 2017. Beth believes all students can be mathematicians; she believes in the importance of using OER (free educational resources) and active learning. In her free time, Beth loves to hike, read, play board games, and play sand volleyball with friends. She shares her life with her partner, Chris, and three cats: Hypatia, Chip, and Eevee.
