What we offer
- Leadership book studies (two per semester)
- One-on-one leadership development coaching sessions
- Family engagement opportunities for all OCCC employees
- Development of supervision skills
- Leadership lending library
- Collaboration coaching with offices, teams, groups and departments
- Portal access for leadership development, coaching requests and crucial conversation support
