Facilities Management's Material Control Division provides the institute the support function of:

• Shipping and receiving
• Mail services
• Motor pool
• Maintaining the stocking of the perpetual supplies that are used by the Facilities Management Department
• Maintaining the college's equipment inventory records
• Providing storage of archived records
• Surplus property (current auctions)
• Disposal of surplus property
