Material Control

Facilities Management's Material Control Division provides the institute the support function of:

• Shipping and receiving.
• Mail services.
• Motor pool.
• Maintaining the stocking of the perpetual supplies that are used by the Facilities Management Department.
• Maintaining the college's equipment inventory records.
• Providing storage of archived records.
• Surplus property (current auctions).
• Disposal of surplus property.
