Material Control

Facilities Management's Material Control Division provides the institute the support function of:

Shipping and receiving.
Mail services.
Motor pool.
Maintaining the stocking of the perpetual supplies that are used by the Facilities Management Department.
Maintaining the college's equipment inventory records.
Providing storage of archived records.
Surplus property (current auctions).
Disposal of surplus property.
