Junior/Senior
Elegibility
Admission requirements:
Accredited high schools: in order to be eligible to enroll in concurrent classes, you must either have a 3.0
unweighted GPA, ACT Composite or Pre-ACT of 19; or SAT or PSAT of 990. The ACT/Pre-ACT
Composite of 19; or SAT/PSAT of 990; or the 3.0 will get you admitted, but you must
also meet the sub-scores for the courses you are planning to take at the college.
Sub-scores can be met through official ACT scores, PLAN scores, Pre-SAT, SAT or taking
college placement tests.
Homeschooled/unaccredited high schools: Students must provide an ACT Composite of 19 or SAT 990 score for admission.

Concurrent Documents
Please note:
- You must be admitted and must enter your OCCC ID and OCCC e-mail address to upload. If you do not have your Student ID number, you may enter seven zeros: 000000.
- You must include either your OCCC Student ID or birthdate on Page 1.
- All sections of the forms must be filled out completely. Before submitting your forms, ensure that all areas of the form are completed and that the required signatures are present.
- These forms can approve a student for an entire academic year, Summer-Fall-Spring, or an individual semester. This is determined by the high school representative. If approved for an entire academic year, the forms need to only be submitted once. If you are approved only for a semester, a new form would be needed for future semesters. Page 2 “OCCC Concurrent Student Financial Responsibility Agreement” form only needs to be submitted once per academic year.
- If you transfer high schools, Page 1 will need to be completed and submitted again with the new school for approval to continue with registration for the semester/academic year.

Terms to know:
- Open Source- All coursework is available for free via your classroom professor or within Moodle (the online learning environment).
- OCCC Day One Access- This is a service provided for students that makes your course materials available to you digitally, within your class on Moodle, on the first day of class. There is a charge for the eTextbooks and/or Courseware. This price is extremely competitive and even cheaper than purchasing directly from the publisher. The charge varies slightly from book to book and is automatically added to your OCCC student account.
