International Student Tuition Waiver

This tuition waiver is for returning OCCC international students. Awarded students will receive up to a $1,500 tuition waiver split between the following fall and spring semesters. This tuition waiver is limited in number and will be awarded on a competitive basis.

Application

The application deadline for this scholarship is April 1, 2025. 

Eligibility Requirements

• Students must have current OCCC I-20, Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status
• Students must complete 12 hours by the end of the spring semester with a 3.0 cumulative GPA to be eligible.
• Awarded students must enroll in 12 credit hours per semester to receive this tuition waiver. Or enroll in a reduced course load, based on degree or graduation requirements per semester.       *Waiver amount will be pro-rated for reduced course load.

*Pro-ration will be hours enrolled divided by 12-credit hours, e.g. 9/12 75%, 3/12 25%, 5/12 42%, . . . per semester.
