We highly recommend you do some research about housing. Average Oklahoma City metro prices encompassing the OCCC area is $1000-$1300 per month. Rental prices can vary based on property type, size, amenities, features, and market conditions.  It is important to note these figures are averages and not actual cost.

Transportation

Driving a car is highly recommended around OCCC campus. If a car is not accessible, the EMBARK busses provide affordable rates to get to OCCC and other places around the metro area.

There are several groceries stores in the OCCC area, providing a variety of shopping options.  These stores offer a variety of products to meet your shopping needs from every day essentials, to specialty and organic items.

Health Insurance 

Oklahoma City Community College does not offer or require F-1 international students or their accompanying F-2 dependents to purchase hospital, medical, or repatriation insurance. However, it is strongly recommended that you purchase health insurance.
