Digital Media Design

Program Overview

Oklahoma City Community College digital media design students receive hands-on training in design theory, illustration, and state-of-the-art production methods in electronic publishing, computer drawing and digital imaging. Students prepare to work as designers, production artists, or digital photography editors.

Upon successful completion of the Digital Media Design program at Oklahoma City Community College, students will be able to:

Create designs, assets, or images for commercial output
Apply compositional elements and principles to create original designs, assets or images
Apply the knowledge of the operation of equipment used in the digital media design industry.
Demonstrate literacy of the Adobe software
Create designs, assets, or images with close attention to detail.
